Product Description

ER90S-G welding wire is a high-strength steel welding wire for gas shielded welding, with high tensile strength and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties‌. ER90S-G welding wire is suitable for welding 650MPa-level low-alloy structural steel, and is often used for welding in heavy machinery, containers, vehicles, ships and other fields‌.

Welding characteristics

Welding method: Suitable for gas shielded welding (GMAW), usually using pure CO₂ or mixed gas (such as 75% Ar + 25% CO₂) as shielding gas.

Welding position: All-position welding (flat welding, horizontal welding, vertical welding, overhead welding).
